Winona State Cheer Kids Clinic Registration

The 2026 Kid’s Clinic will be held on Saturday, September 26th! The day will begin with an afternoon training practice from 3pm – 5pm in the Atrium of Helble Hall where participants will learn different cheer motions, jumps, and a fun routine that they will perform at halftime during the football game.

Schedule:

• 2:30pm-3:00pm Check-In in the Helble Hall Atrium
• 3:00pm-5:00pm in Helble Hall for training practice

• 5:00pm Parent Pick-Up from Helble Hall
• 5:00pm-6:00pm Parents/Guardians are encouraged to take their child(ren) to the Game Day Experience

• 6:00pm Football Game Begins

• ~6:30pm/middle of the second quarter: Parents/Guardians should bring their cheerleader(s) to the Chartwells Concession Stand in the North Corner of the Field to meet back up with the WSU Cheer Team to prepare for the halftime performance

• Conclusion: after the halftime performance children will be returned to their parents and the event concludes

Each participant will receive a performance T-shirt and bow to wear during the halftime performance. A parent or guardian will also be required to sign a liability waiver and a media release form on site before their child(ren) can participate.

The Kid’s Clinic is a fundraiser for the Winona State University Cheer Team. Your support helps us continue to support Winona State University and spread school spirit throughout our community.

In addition to cheering at football games, the WSU Cheer Team attends competitions where we showcase our skills for an audience and a panel of judges. Funds raised through the Kid’s Clinic help make it possible for our team to travel to these competitions, continue developing our skills, and create lasting memories together.
