
Welcome to Winona Fair Vendor Registration
The Welcome to Winona Fair provides local businesses and community organizations from the area an opportunity to engage with WSU students and showcase their services. Student Organizations have a similar opportunity at the Club Fairs.
This event gives local organizations the opportunity to promote services, goods, employment opportunities, food samples and more through face-to-face engagement. Distribution of swag, samples and coupons is encouraged.
Last year's event was a huge success with over 1,000 WSU students present. The more interactive your display is, the better engagement you'll get from our students
Registration Options:
Standard Registration - $100 for one year; $175 for two years
• One 8' booth with access to electricity as available (must indicate on registration form).
• One 6' x 30" table.
• Name of business or organization listed on Welcome to Winona Fair event website.
Warrior Sponsor Registration - $200 for one year; $375 for two years
• One 8' booth with access to electricity as available (must indicate on registration form).
• One 6' x 30" table.
• Name of business or organization listed on Welcome to Winona Fair event website.
• Primary placement in the Great River Ballroom near participant entrances.
• Logo included on 15 displays throughout Kryzsko Commons between 3- 8pm on day of event.
• Logo included on screens in event venue throughout event.
• Logo included on campus wide email (over 5K recipients).
How to Register:
• One booth is included in each registration. If you want to purchase additional booth spaces, then select those as additional "Standard Registrations".
• Example 1: If you want to be a Warrior Sponsor but need two tables; Purchase one 'Warrior Sponsor' and one 'Standard' Registration.
• Example 2: You want two regular tables; Purchase two 'Standard' Registrations.

• Every registration is subject to a $5 convenience fee.
Booth Information
• Booths with be assigned on a first paid, first-served basis.
• Check-In and booth set-up occurs from 4-5pm on the day of the event. All booths must be set-up by 4:45pm to ensure we open doors on time. Load-Out will be from 7-8pm the same evening.
• Each registration will include one six-foot table and two chairs. If you need more than six feet of display space, then you need to purchase more than one table/registration. Displays cannot extend beyond six feet in one space.
• Displays must comply with fire code and safety restrictions. If we have concerns about your display, we will notify you immediately to work out an alternative solution.
• Please indicate what you will be distributing at the event on your registration form so we can ensure it follows our standards for this event.
• Commercially prepared and individually wrapped candy, cookies, chips can be distributed. Food samples are allowed with prior approval. Indicate on your registration form so we can inform you of any restrictions.
• This event is advertised as FREE for WSU students to attend. Selling food, goods or services is prohibited. You are encouraged to give out samples, coupons, swag, and other marketing.
• Electricity is limited to a first registered, first served basis. You need to bring your own extension cords.
Additional Information
• Carts are not provided. Please bring your own cart for loading, unloading, and transportation of materials on site.
• Elevators are available near doors 1, 7, and 9, however the preferred entrance for vendors is Door 9 by the Minne Gold Lot off Mark Street (between Main and Huff Streets).
• All fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Winona State University.
